“One of
the
favorite
things
that
Sarah
and I
share in
places
we love
to go is
‘Laura
Ingalls
Wilder
Historical
sites.’
As she
has been
very ill
we
purchased
the
DVD’s
for her
to watch
which
kept her
amused
and I
enjoyed
watching
them
with
her. I
could
remember
the old
episodes
from
when I
was
about 10
years
old on
television
and
would
share
stories
with
her. As
she got
better,
we’d
visit
sites on
trips to
her
out-of-state
doctor
appointments.
We've
went to
Missouri's
site,
SD's
site and
Minnesota's
site.
She
started
reading
the
books to
help her
regain
her
memory
skills.
We
attended
a
pageant.
Each
trip we
save
some
money
for a
souvenir
from the
Little
House
gift
shop
when we
travel
to the
doctor.
It makes
the
trips to
the
doctor
not seem
quite so
bad,
especially
when the
news we
get
isn’t as
great as
we hope
for.
We’ve
gotten
to know
the
curator
at the
Walnut
Grove
museum
and gift
shop.
We look
forward
to
publication
of our
eighth
manuscript
as it
will fit
nicely
with the
other
books
there
and be a
dream
come
true to
see
among
the
shelves
of their
very
impressive
gift
shop.
People
of all
ages
travel
to see
these
museums
and
pageants.
Melissa
Gilbert
has now
taken
her
talent
one step
further
and is
back as
an
adult!
For
those of
us who
loved
her as a
child we
can see
her live
as she
travels
with a
new show
in which
she
plays
Ma.

See if she’ll be in a city near you!

both
agree
that
Little

will
always
be a

Incredible
Gem!” |
