“My
husband
Kevin
and I
were
able to
enjoy
ourselves
in this
wonderful
Bed &
Breakfast
established
in
2000.
We
enjoyed
one of
the six
cleverly
designed
rooms
called
the
‘Bunkhouse’
on the
main
level.
The
television
room was
just off
to the
side of
this
room.
It had
modern
chairs
that had
to be
some of
the most
comfy
I’ve
every
sat in!
As Kevin
proceed
to flip
through
the
channels
to his
delight,
I became
intrigued
in the
huge
library
of books
that
also are
shelved
in this
room.
Many of
my
favorite
authored
books
were
contained
on the
shelves.
The
quietness
of the
small
town
atmosphere
made it
easy for
me to
‘call it
a night
early’
without
even
trying
the
Jacuzzi.
I’d had
a very
exciting
and
exhausting
day
speaking
to a
large
church
group
from two
states!
I
received
the rest
I needed
though.
Mary Jo
went the
‘extra
mile’
and
accommodated
our need
to rise
early to
leave
for our
next
engagement
on our
tour.
Breakfast
was
bountiful
and
delicious.
This is
a
wonderful
place I
look
forward
to
returning
to for a
book
event.
It’s one
of
Nebraska’s
best
kept
hidden
treasures
or in my
terms,
an ‘Incredible
Gem’
everyone
needs to
uncover.” |
